We offer sale of Dynamic Melt Mixers of various sizes and on-sight installation. Below find a description of the parts.

	Generally, a Dynamic Melt Mixer can be easily installed on a single-screw or twin-screw extruder as shown in the schematic on the right (click on the images to view a larger size), and can be driven by the screw of the extruder or can be an independently driven unit (IDMX, see below).

	Two laboratory extruders are feeding multi-materials to the IDMX Mixer.  The IDMX is independently powered.  As shown, a 20mm Collin extruder was feeding PP and a Brabender 20mm extruder was feeding PE into the mixer for blown film direct extrusion.

	Technicians are fitting the IDMX extrusion system to a blown file dye.  The laboratory test was designed to simulate proper ratios of PP and PE as a single layer substitute for multi-layered film products.
